Barber and Hairdressing regulation
Impose powers that enforce that everyone in the above industry are registered and regulated for the safety of the public by ensuring that they have the proper health and safety in place to operate Barber shops and hairdressing salons
Why is this important?
The public are at risk from cross infections and no formal training by thousands of barbers and hairdressers within the industry in Scotland
Now with a pandemic in play it should be more enforced by public health services local authorities and the Scottish government
Public protection is of the upmost importance and awareness of this matter should be of great value to protect them and the barber and hairdressing industry by regulation on said health and safety grounds
