Birmingham City Council Re Open Woodgate Valley Visitors Centre
The residents of South Birmingham that access Woodgate Valley Park and surrounding areas are requesting that Birmingham City Council, Edgbaston MP Preet Gill, elected Councillors in Harborne, Quinton and Bartley Green work together to reopen Woodgate Valley Visitors Centre.
We understand that the centre has been closed for public access for over two years because of faulty infrastructure within the building itself.
With the summer now fast approaching and the Covid lockdown being over there is simply no reason why this vital community building is not open for us who sign this petition access.
Their has been a marked increase in outdoor activities in and around the centre namely Parkrun, community cycling and walking which shows there is demand to have access to wash and toilet facilities in the building itself.

Why is this important?
The Woodgate Valley Visitors Centre needs to be open and this is why we need your help to get it back open. If you are a resident within the South Birmingham area we are asking you to support this petition by signing it sharing it with your friends and family.
