Clear the litter on grass verges of motorways, dual carriageways and slip roads

When driving along motorways, dual carriageways and on slip roads all you can see is litter and lots of it. On some slip roads it almost seems you are entering a waste disposal tip. I belong to a large group that are always litter picking lay-by’s and car parks etc but it is impossible for us to do these roads as it’s far too dangerous. The condition of the verges, litter wise, is getting worse and worse.
