Cradle to Grave

Make manufacturers responsible for the lifecycle of their products from cradle to grave. Rather than exporting our waste to other countries, manufacturers should look at their products as a potential resource and recycle the entire product made. This particularly applies to technology companies whose rare mineral elements are in short supply as well as the cheaper plastics that don't deteriorate. Chemical manufacturers need to look at the consequences of use of their products which may poison the soil or water supply - these manufacturers need to find a way to eliminate these dangers.

Why is this important?

Toxins in the soil and water supply as a consequence to profiteering companies is irresponsible. Exporting old fridges and computers is equally irresponsible. Even the plastic bag comes under review. The world's resources are limited, why needlessly pollute the world?
