Cyclist Observe the Highway Code in London
Get the Police to enforce Highway Code against Cyclist that fail to observe the Highway Code i.e. failing to stop at red traffic lights, driving up one way streets the wrong way and driving on pavements.
Cyclist be forced to displayed a Registration Plate on Cycle for persons of 18 years old and over.
Why is this important?
As the number of Cyclist increase in London so does the number of cyclist failing to observe the Highway Code. This is a danger to all road users and pedestrians alike. The only way I see to reverse the constant law breakers is to Registrar the cycle so that it can be traced by the Police and action taken against the driver.
