Don't let pro-hanging Michael Gove touch our Human Rights

In 1998, around the time the Human Rights Act was enacted in the UK, Michael Gove publicly called for hanging to be brought back.

Michael Gove does not represent UK public opinion on justice and should resign as Justice Secretary and not touch our Human Rights.
