Government will mislead Parliament if it does not publish secret HS2 reports before vote.

While the Information Commission has announced a legal challenge against a Government decision to block the release of secret HS2 reports, the Stop HS2 campaign has demanded that the vote on the second reading of the Hybrid Bill should not go ahead until the reports are made available to MPs.

Why is this important?

It is NOT possible for MP's to make a clear and correct decision on the Hybrid Bill without the information in the censored MPA Report being made available.
This petition is to ensure that either the Hybrid Bill is stopped till the results of the MPA report are made public OR that the 2nd Reading of the Hybrid Bill does not take place.
