We would like David Bennett, the CEO of Sanctuary Group, to make a statement as to why they are refusing to acknowledge a formal legal request made to them by Ernest John Coles. This request is for the care plan and medical notes they hold on his beloved late wife Marguerite Coles, who was a resident in a Sanctuary Care home for 4 years and died in their care.
Why is this important?
This is important as I have researched this multimillion pound company who are registered as a charity and I believe they have something to hide. I and others have contacted them many times but they refuse to acknowledge their responsibility for the care of Marguerite Coles. She is far from alone in receiving bad treatment from Sanctuary, one of the largest and wealthiest housing associations, care providers and supporters of vulnerable people in Britain.
