JUSTICE FOR THE CRAIGAVON TWO #JFTC2 #FocusedOnJustice
We call for an immedite re-trail of John Paul Wotton and Brendan McConville and call for their immedite release from prison at once. The above two people mentioned (known as the Craigavon Two) are both innocent men sentenced to life for a murder for a crime they did not committ. The British government know they are innocent as do the so-called puppet government in the occupied six counties in the North of Ireland. These two men have spent the last seven years in prison for a crime they did not committ. "Release Them Now" !!!
Why is this important?
(1) - The Crown Star Witness known only as 'M' did not come forward for 11 months.
(2) Witness 'M' was heavily intoxicated when he first contacted the police (PSNI).
(3) Witness 'M' was proved to be continously lying under oath.
(4) Witness 'M's 'eyewitness testimony' was medically impossible.
(5) Witness 'M's identity was hidden from the court preventing proper cross-examination.
(6) Witness 'M's partner who was with him on the night refused to corroborate his version of events.
(7) 'Witness 'M'' benefited financially from the police for his involvement.
(8) The British Army engaged in evidence tampering, purposely deleting information from a tracking device alleged to have been planted on John Paul's car, all of these facts have been proven in a Court of Law.
(9) The AK47 used in the murder of the police officer was recovered, it had a partial fingerprint on the magazine which did not come from Brendan or John Paul.(10) Prison officers planted evidence (this information is very well known and can be seen by ones-self if you Goggle it) in Brendan's prison cell at Maghaberry prison and the British courts tried to use it to blacken his character.
(11) Witness M's father discredited his son's testimony calling 'M' a 'Walter Mitty' and compulsive liar.
(12) The police arrested Mr 'M's father in an attempt to intimidate him into retracting his statement.
(13) The police (even went as far as) to blacken the name of defence lawyers claiming they took the affidavit of Witness M's fatther at gunpoint in league with the IRA, (even though they had the meeting under covert survellance) an outlandish claim.
(14) The United Nations was lobbied to protect defence lawyers who feared for their safety for doing their jobs.
(15) The Crown Prosecution Service admitted in court at the appeal that evidence presented didn't prove beyond reasonable doubt that Brendan and John Paul were guilty!!! All of these facts were factually proven in a British Court of Law!

How it will be delivered
The Petition will be delivered by hand in person along with members of the group JFTC2 and will be delivered in hand to both concerned parties being: The British Secretary of State for the North of Ireland and the Justice Minister for the North of Ireland.
