Why is this important?

Horsham District Council want to charge for parking in rural car parks and limit the time people can park there. Local shop owners will lose business. Local people will have to pay for parking when they vsit their Health Centre.Organisations like football clubs will find it difficult to run competitions if parking is limited to 3 or 4 hours. Local businesses will suffer if visitors cannot spend time in an area.
