Make non reporting of child sex abuse illegal

Pass a law whereby it is illegal to withhold for any reason an allegation of child sex abuse . All allegations should be reported and investigated then documented for future cross reference there by flagging a serial abuser no matter their celebrity status or political power.

Why is this important?

We obviously can not endanger our nations children to the sexual ravages of the rich and famous ..
