Mental Health Policy for NHS workers (Ambulance Staff)

Create a plausible and workable Mental health policy, to run alongside the curent Sickness policy, which is not suited to cater for the some 67% of mental health sufferers in the Ambulance service, I was one of them......I still am.. PTSD and mental health are taken very lightly within the majority of Ambulance services... Time for change.... mind your mind...šŸ‘Œ

Why is this important?

It would save lives, hospital admissions, money by employees treated, responding to and returning to work more quickly and with more confidence with the most appropriate and adequate help at hand.

How it will be delivered

Can you please take a moment to share the petition with others? It's really easy ā€“ all you need to do is forward this email or share this link below on Facebook or Twitter. I intend to stage a press conference with all the signatures received.

Southwestern Ambulance service have still not implicated a mental health policy, even after agreeing to do so in a hearing. In a letter, Amy Hanson, deputy Hr, states that there is no requirement to do so.
