NOTIFICATION OF PLANNING FOR WIND GENERATOR

Dear Minister
When an application for a Wind Generator and Tower is applied for planning Consent.
ALL Dwellers within a 10KM range should receive notification. We should prevent this type of application being slipped through planning procedures and Local Councilor procedures with other MUNDANE applications such as garage and house extension planning requests. Structures of this magnitude should be treated as Extra Ordinary applications as they have both Huge Visual Impact and adverse Health implications for personnel living close to them.
A full and honest discussion should be entered into for each of this type of application. The Government and Councils have a Duty of Care towards their constituents over and above the single beneficiary which is the Developer.

Why is this important?

Low Amplitude Modulated Noise is a By-Product of Wind Generators it is:-
a) Detrimental to Health
b) cannot be heard by the ear BUT can be felt by the ear and subsequently the body, resulting in serious health issues - High Blood Pressure, Tinitus, Vomiting, Dissorientation, Blurred Vision amongst other symptoms.
c) It CANNOT be shielded by Walls or Roofs or Glass, it travels through the air, the water and Rocks.
