Please sign this petition to be rehoused near my dad

I really need to be rehoused near my dad aged 93 years old, he has dementia and I can't get housed near him and moving him would be more confusing for him. I'm in group 4 and a medical priority for the last year, no move yet and not looking likely, dad needs me there and although a house has come up in his tenement I'm not considered as I'm group 4 and its group 2, I need help!
