Proposed Taylor Wimpey Devlopment; Ref no MC/14/1391
we the undersigned say this development inHoo will ruin the character of the village and another development of this size will over whelm it,
We believe that the protection of Hoo St Werburgh visual, historical archaeological qualities must be preserved. Our schools, medical services are already oversubscribed this development will have a major impact on water supply, sewage, flooding and traffic. The required infrastructure is missing, and the public’s opinions have so far been completely ignored.
We urge Medway Council to take concerns of the people of Hoo very seriously and understand that people are very passionate about where they live.
“this development would destroy landscapes, open countryside and a valuable agriculture asset

Why is this important?
This outline proposal which include plans for up to 500 homes, public open space, outdoor sporting facilities and a contribution towards, or the delivery of, a new primary school, destroys grade one farmland, and will make an already oversubscribed and neglected services in the area even worse. .
