Removal of silos
Do not grant planning permission
Why is this important?
They have erected these silos overnight without planning permission but are being allowed to stay up till they have applied for it, these horrible things back on to people gardens and what a sight they are no consideration given for these residents nothing this is the letter I had from council.

We are aware of the silos's and our Enforcement officer went out yesterday, this is her reply:
I have spoken with a representative of KTC this morning and I understand that the work on the construction of the silos has been stopped. The company will be submitting the relevant planning application to retain the silos that have been constructed and this will be dealt with through the normal process with neighbour notifications. The application will also be advertised on site and on the Councils website. We anticipate that the application will be received in the next couple of weeks. Any work being done today was to secure the silos and make them safe.
