Rescind England's membership of the UK

To Her Majesty, please instruct your Government to create an Act of Parliament rescinding England's membership of the United Kingdom. This Act of Parliament will also create the framework for dealing with any currently shared resources (such as moving and renaming the Bank of England and the BBC) and negotiations on English access to these shared resources during the transition period. It will also create a working group for any ongoing negotiations between the United Kingdom and an independent England. All resources shall be split on a fair an equitable basis, based on share of population.

Why is this important?

There have been a lot of complaints from England about subsidising the other nations of the United Kingdom. There is also resentment from the other nations that England dominates all aspects of UK life, from parliament to the BBC and most other aspects of UK culture , language and political direction.

As England subsidises the rest of the UK and must therefore be the richest and most able part of the UK, it follows that it must be the most capable of 'going it alone'. Removing England from the UK would therefore allow it to become more successful whilst also allowing the periphery nations, principalities, etc to continue to grow and prosper within the centuries old framework of the current United Kingdom. It will also allow England to make its own decisions on EU membership, immigration control, etc without affecting the position of the rest of the UK.
