Revoke the 1999 order moving Scottish waters into English waters

Scottish waters to put back to what they were before the change on the eve of devolution . This did not go through the the House of Commons and was kept secret just like the mccrone report back in the 1970's.

Why is this important?

So Scotland gets the exact revenues from fisheries and oil and gas revenues that is due Rightfully due to Scotland.
