Save Atherton Library and Tech Buildings from Disposal.
Save the buildings from Demolition and bring back into a community run enterprise zone.

Why is this important?
We are going to see Atherton lose its full library service and downsized into a click and collect service in the refurbished Town Hall.
I would like the council to relook at the fix it proposal to utilise the Library and Tech Buildings.
These would be ideal to be brought into use as skill centre for young and old.
Atherton is in desperate need of youth zone and enterprise zone.
A similar scheme is open in Leigh called Leigh Hackspace which would be of great benefit to Atherton.
