Start legal proceedings against Wizz Air UK Ltd for failing to adhere to the law

ITS TIME FOR THE UK GOV TO ACT NOW - It is no surprise that in the news some airlines are constantly delaying or cancelling flights. One airline, Wizz Air, stands out amongst them all as one of the worst! They are constantly cancelling or delaying flights, often with no notice and leaving passengers stranded. I was left stranded back in June for 3 days and was only informed of this 2 hours after the original scheduled departure time and still waiting for compensation. They are failing to refund passengers within 30 days which both EU and UK law states and indeed even Wizz Air website states they will refund within 30 days under their own terms and conditions. They are knowingly breaking the law under everyone's noses and they don't care about it. It's time for you to act and take legal proceedings against them. The legislation is their to protect air passengers rights however Wizz Air are making it stressful for everyone involved as no one is receiving their entitled compensation!

Why is this important?

This campaign is important as it is the principle of airlines doing what they like and thinking they can get away with breaking the law knowingly. Many hundreds of posts I have read on Facebook shows that passengers are not receive compensation on the timescale agreed by law and often many are chasing them up endlessly or taking them to the small claims court in the UK to retrieve their entitled money. No one should have to do this and spend more money to receive the money!! Wizz Air needs to be held accountable for their actions
