Taxation of NHS workers/Wage increase
To highlight the ridiculous tax implementation for NHS workers. If they do overtime for the same trust they work full time for it’s classed as a second job. If you work at a different NHS TRUST it’s classed as a third job. Yet we are still working for the NHS
Why is this important?
In this climate of Covid we are asked to work extra hours but feel us a Nurses/Midwives get taxed to the hilt. Our pay is rubbish and we work extra hours to make ends meet yet we are living some of us on the bread line. Extra support needs to provided for childcare .
