That Cafcass have to use proof and not opinion
I want Cafcass to be made more open and subject to a complaints system that is external and not internal. I want their statements to be statements of fact with actual proof and evidence of such and not statements of their own opinion backed up with nothing whatsoever but their own word.
Why is this important?
Cafcass are not an open door agency and work with the officers opinion as being fact with no supporting evidence being required. Any complaints are dealt with independently and you are not privy to any findings other than the complaint is unjustified. This was even the case after one particular officer had lied on statements to the court and has then had to retract said statement citing 'a mistake' as being the reason. They were bare faced lie's and she was caught out by REAL evidence that was the polar opposite from her statement. The statement that was her undoing was supplied by the organisation that she had named in her statement to the courts. She still works for Cafcass even though she has been shown to lie on two sepetate statements to the court (on two different matters) and is probably still ruining people's life's with her lies and personal opinions.
