Zebra crossing on Horseferry Road

The road is heavily used by both vehicles and pedestrians. Unfortunately my son was hit by a car while attempting to cross at the island crossing. There has also been other pedestrian incidents including near misses. It is also used by two local schools as well as local residents and businesses. There needs to be a safer crossing in place for pedestrians which will encourage drivers to slow down and be more vigilant.
