Give the NHS the £350 million a week that was promised
Please honour the commitment that was made in the referendum, reverse the planned cuts and provide the essential funding that the people of the UK deserve for their healthcare system.
Why is this important?
We have just learned of the devastating cuts that NHS bosses nationally are forcing the 10 hospital trusts in north-central London to make in the next few months in order to plug a £183.1m gap in their finances.
In the referendum much was made by the leave campaign of the £350m a week that the NHS would be able to get if we left the EU. We are now leaving the EU, there should be no reason for any further cuts to our NHS, quite the reverse. So we are insisting that you honour the commitment that was made in the referendum, reverse the planned cuts and provide the essential funding that the people of the UK deserve for their healthcare system.
