Legislative Law for the Static Caravan Lodge Holiday Parks Industry,

The Static Caravan Lodges Holiday Homes Industry needs Legislative Laws in place with stricter regulations, to protect the
Caravan Lodge Owners, (Consumers), against the current unfair practices that are consistently
active on many of the Static Caravan Holiday Parks throughout the United Kingdom.
A multi-million pound, Consumer Industry with no current legislation in place is allowing the Consumers,
to be misled and mis-sold at great cost both monetarily and mentally.

Clear, concise and transparent information is NOT always given at point of sale and
Caravan Lodge Owners are left to fend for themselves when things are not going right,
with no Legal Governing body or specific laws in place to help them.
Those Park Owners who are currently running these Parks for monetary gain only, need to
answer to laws if they are acting unfairly, unjust and not in the Consumers interest.
The current regulations are failing the Consumers.

Why is this important?

To stop the bad practices that have damaged the lives of so many people due to no fault of their own .

Good News we have a real legal representative joining our group he has knowledge of the holiday and lodges parks and is willing to take on cases as a group to reduce costs and clean up the miss selling and refund disputes that we have so spread this far and wide we now have support for you all.

Now more than ever we need to protect our selves as councils are asking parks to check addresses plus parks need to recover lost income and that means changes to your licence and fees take care your rights need to be ptotected.

Now we have a date to return to our holiday places but remember these parks have lost revenue and will look to recover this by finding new ways to charge you and make changes to your licence agreement we need to come together on this and I have a Facebook page that I hope will grow to make one big voice of owners of all caravans and lodges to once and for all get in place legislation to control them.

Parkdene and Parkholidays are showing true colours in how they handle the covid19 changes and many are worried at the fees being charged when they have no access to their units we are campaigning to get some redress on this problem.

This petition is not time sensitive it will continue for as long as it is needed to make the point that large parks fail to work to safeguard people by bad practices that are hidden at the point of signing this needs to change

Holiday owners are open to changes to the contract without notice and often after you have signed this is done to get a sale by verbal promises that are not in the document you agree too. Note that residential parks are controlled by law back in 1983 as a holiday home is only temporary you are open to many attacks not covered it is that part of sales and changes to consumer legislation that has been left open to the parks taking advantage with out any controls in place for your protection and your rights.
