Make helmets law!

I want helmets to become law. Keiran lamond fell off his bike on 8th October 2020 and unfortunately he didn't have a helmet on. Making helmets law will save so many people having to go threw what we have had to go threw or having to lose someone they love because they didn't think a helmet was cool? They didn't think it would happen to them? LETS MAKE THIS LAW!!
