New Homes Ombudsman

The new home buyer needs confidence when trying to get bad workmanship problems by builders rectified that when all else has failed they will have independent help from an Ombudsman.

Why is this important?

The government want more and more new homes built but the standard of quality by so called national builders leaves the purchaser with little or no help by an independent organisation to force builders to improve on quality and supervision.
Experience involving two national builders has been fraught with refusals and delays in getting legitimate faults repaired, we need an Ombudsman to fight for the purchaser
