NFL Game pass EU users should be refunded
NFL game pass has failed to deliver its contractual obligations for 4 weeks running with slow, intermittent or no service at all on the live streams. We collectively are requesting a refund for this poor service and a guarantee that the service will be improved. We have had no formal responses to our individual complaints only an email which was sent to all customers.
Why is this important?
The NFL would like to expand its offering into Europe and this service is losing fans week after week. It shows inefficiency within NFLUK and NFL Europe that needs to be addressed before the NFL can consider expansion into Europe. Customers have paid for a service that has not been delivered. We are entitled to a response to emails and a refund for the 4 weeks we have been unable to watch the games .
How it will be delivered
The petition will be delivered in person to the NFLUK offices and via post and email to the Commissioner & NFL.
