Escale France: Stop Selling REAL Fur

This campaign has ended.

To remove all real fur items from the shop, and agree to stop selling real fur being sold in the future.

Why is this important?

We DO NOT support animals being skinned alive then slowly killed for a fashion item.

The best way to tackle the fur industry is to encourage fashion designers and shops to SAY NO to REAL FUR!

How it will be delivered

We will do so via the press, email and in person!

Karine Franck of Escale France, claims she is asked for fur and has increased her stock. She refused to back down. CAFT and Animal Concern will be advising us on the next protest in January sales. Remember Ms Franck claims to have seen the video's showing the torture of animal for the fur trim for the fashion items she sells. It makes you wonder if she has a heart

For those of interest Jon Snow who made the comment against this petition is Escale France they were removed from Facebook for breaching standards and making personal threats to me. I hope that the message will be removed. In case it is not can I just clarify animals are alive when skinned....they maybe stunned in three ways hit to the head, electrocuted and gassed. NOT all animals die instantly from this and do suffer at the hands of the person skinning them. Needless to say that other countries mentioned in Jon Snows message should follow the UK and ban it outright!

Hi and thanks for signing this petition! there is lots of fur creeping back into our fashion shops at the moment and we need to stamp it out. Escale France has set a trend that it is okay to use fur from one of the worst animal cruelty countries of the world China. The owner has been so arrogant as to parade her increased stock in her window making it clear she cares not for the welfare of those animals. SO please do continue to share and encourage others to sign! demo's are continuing outside her shop every two weeks...till she listens.

I thought it would interest you to know what the owner of Escale France thinks since being told about the growing number signing and sharing this petition. Her view of how fur is harvested in to the fashion world 'Now, this is where I stand, I personally think that there is a lot of hypocrisy behind the no fur debate. In my opinion, wearing fur is not morally worse that wearing leather or eating meat.
Some people watch the Peta videos showing the barbarism inflicted on some animals for the fur. Even if these are examples of bad ranches and slaughterhouses contravening codes of conduct, you can find some of them in leather and meat industries. And to compare with them, the fur production is small.

That is how much Escale France care about the treatment of these animals. So lets give her a sign that we want change please if you can share this as much as possible! the animals need your voice.
