KEEP THE MET OFFICE CONTRACT WITH THE BBC
Heed public opinion and ensure that this contract between two vital to the health of the nation public assets and national treasures remains in place.
Why is this important?
I was mortified to hear this morning that the Met Office contact to provide weather forecasting for the BBC will be outsourced to overseas providers, after 100 years, for short term gain rather than long term public infrastructure benefit.This is no less than a national disgrace.
