Lobby of Wirral Metropolitan Council

This Thursday, March 3rd, there is a lobby of Wirral Council against the closure of Girtrell Court. This is a centre that provides respite care for people with a disability. The lobby will take place between 5pm and 6pm at Wallasey Town Hall. The closure of Girtrell Court would leave families with no local alternative and is yet another attack on some of the most vulnerable in our society.
