Presentation about ex United Health boss of NHS England Simon Stevens' '5 year forward view'.

Simon Stevens left the US Multinational United Health to become head of NHS England and his 'plans' have been called the nail in the coffin of the NHS. Since we began organising this seminar, we hear that Capita is the preferred bidder for a contract put out in the autumn, to manage GP's patient records, prescriptions, prescription payments and other back office work,

So – JOIN US on Saturday 25th July in sunny Dewsbury – from 11am – 4pm at Dewsbury Women’s Centre, 7 Wellington St. WF13 1LY where Dr Anna Athow (retired General Surgeon & BMA member) will give a presentation on the Five Year Forward Plan – so that we know what we’re dealing with. There will be lots of opportunities to ask questions and discuss what these proposals mean to the hospitals & GP surgeries in our areas – as well as gaining an understanding of what is happening nationally.

Please arrive by 10.30am to allow for registration and booking lunch. Thank you.
