Protect Our NHS

We will have a stall in the Farmers' Market as part of our campaign to let everyone know that Virgin Care are in the running to win the contract to take over our Community Health Services in Bath and N.E. Somerset. Virgin is one of just two remaining bidders, the other being Sirona which is a not-for-profit company that currently manages our health services in collaboration with local NHS trusts and other voluntary organisations.

Please come and join us to help spread the word and campaign against this takeover by Virgin Care who have paid no corporation tax in the UK and whose holding company is based in the tax haven of the British Virgin Islands.

We will have leaflets, more information and we will be collecting signatures for our petition https://you.38degrees.org.uk/petitions/don-t-let-virgin-take-over-our-community-health-service

We will be in the market from 10 am until 12.30 pm. Please come and support us - even if you can only spend half an hour we would be so pleased to see you.
