Adult Changing bench

All people have the right to access toilet facilities when out and about living their life, they should not be made to sit in there own bodily fluids/faeces. We should therefore be making it a minimum standard for all disabled toilets to provide facilities that suit more disabilities: a changing bench, hand rails and excess space for moving around would be a minimum requirement to help improve their lives.
