Aid the UK people
Dear Prime Minister,
Government has taken money from the UK poor, disabled, sick & elderly, the unemployed and the poor employed, the NHS. It has given it, by the billions £'s in aid across the globe. In 2015 you will ask the public to return you to office. I suggest you get your votes from the aid countries you support around the world. This nation cannot afford your governments unbalanced economy.
UK sick and elderly, the new born, the unemployed and the poor deprived families will not tolerate this gross lack of common sense balance and a u turn is required.
Why is this important?
2014/2015 will see a record increased budget in the The Department for International Development (FfID). It received a 31 per cent increase in its budget. Public concerns in its spending for example in Pakistan where spending will almost double next year to £446m. This among other examples demonstrates a lack of care for the billions cut across the UK hard pressed population who's money this is.
The NHS limited to +1.4%, Education -1.8%, Scotland -4.5%, Wales -4.5%, Home Office -16.4%, Defence-16.5%, Business Innovation & Skills -19.9%,
GLG local Government -22.3%.
Aid Budget for (2014/15), Pakistan - £446m, Ethiopia - £390m, Nigeria - £305m,
Bangladesh - £300m, India - £280m, DRC - £258m, Afghanistan - £178m, Tanzania - £168m, Kenya - £150m, Sudan - £140m, Nepal - £103m, Ghana - £100m, Malawi - £98m, Zimbabwe - £95m, Rwanda - £90m, Uganda - £90m, Yemen - £90m, Mozambique - £85m, Somalia - £80m, Sierra Leone - £77m, Zambia - £63m, Burma - £58m, South Africa - £19m, Vietnam - £7m,
Indonesia - £5m.
Government needs to understand the public will not tolerate this gross inbalance between a UK reduced standard of living and the deprivation caused
including health, unemployment and infrastructure damage among many other issues. We are no longer a world power and delutions of grandeur by goverment must be addressed.
