Allowing Students To Work As Care assistants Under Agencies

It is not news anymore that people who live in care homes are short of staff to help take care of them, and many people feel irritated to perform personal care and take care of residents, just a few students who would love to do it but are constrained by their visa restrictions not to work more than 20hours a week.
The work force could increase if a bill is passed to help not just through the NHS, but also through the various agencies to allow students who can work more than the 20hours to help care for these vulnerable people, and even make a turn in their careers.

Why is this important?

Lives are at risk. The limited staff available could decide not to continue anymore due to the mental stress the job poses, allowing students to join would not only give room for old staff members to pass knowledge to new people, but also have a significant growth in the health and social care sector
