Assistance Dogs for Mental Health Sufferers

Properly define assistance dogs within law to include assistance dogs for for people with mental health problems. Current legislation is "fuzzy" dogs are allowed at management discretion.

Why is this important?

Other countries already recognise these as working dogs!
