Ban smartphones from all schools

Flag up negatives of allowing smartphones in all schools as shown in TV programmes, and improvements in schools where they've already been banned. Head teachers usually have parental support but need government to back this too

Why is this important?

As a retired primary school teacher, I can see the harm that's increasingly happening with friends' children, and the difference it's made at those schools I know of that have banned them
