Ban the sale of all fireworks that are not low-noise

Firework noise distresses animals, both domestic and livestock. It can also be upsetting for humans. In many communities, autumn fireworks can be heard nightly for a week or more.

Let's make only low-noise fireworks available to buy.

Alternatively, or as well, restrict firework sales to public bodies for use at safe municipal displays.
