Bank charges for Community and Charity organisiations
Some of our Community and Chairty groups have recently become aware that HSBC will be charging £5 per month from their bank accounts.
I feel that the banks should be supporting us and not depleting what little we have in funds . These funds have been applied for and/or given by the general public
Small groups, especially will lose what little they have to support them.
This needs to be nipped in the bud before other banks follow suit !
Why is this important?
This could escalate to other bank and everyone could be affected in some way or another. We need to stop this as , currently we could just change banks but no purpose in this if all the banks start to charge.
This is not affecting bank accounts with large sums of money
