Being able to wear hi viz shorts working on the road

Allow uk road workers to have the option to wear hi viz shorts in hot weather or there discretion

Why is this important?

Having worked on the roads most of my adult life  I dread the hot summers with having to wear thick hi viz trousers. Being able to have the choice between trousers or hi viz shorts would make working in heat more comfortable.
