Bike scooter shed
For many months since going back to school after lockdown my kids have wanted to ride to school on their scooters. This is no problem for me as I love the enthusiasm from them to stay fit and healthy and for many parents at Christ Church primary this is also the case - but what's the problem? The school flattened the bike scooter/shed and put a football pitch there instead of relocating it for the ones who love to ride or scoot to school to store them till the end of the day. I've raised this concern to staff members of Christ Church school, and been told no, it's not happening.
Can you help me by signing this petition to get a lock up and leave area or a bike/scooter shed?
Why is this important?
Keep our kids fit and healthy. They promote a mile a day in school so why not promote scooting or bike riding to and from school?
