Brain breaks
The government should make it compulsory for brain breaks for 5 mins within the classroom , it should be part of the national curriculum for neuro diverse children. autism, Asperger's, ADHD, dyspraxia, dyslexia
Why is this important?
Because it helps the mental health and wellbeing neuro diverse children with sensory issues.helps children stay focused and avoid meltdowns and masking.
