Bread for refugees.

Freeze daily left-over bread products. Split country into seven areas. One area per day collects all bread to airport. Fly to refugee areas. Cooked bread is far better than raw wheat seed.

Why is this important?

For many , many years, over 150, we have been sending corn and wheat to refugees to grind, wet and cook. These tasks require work (by weakened people), water (in short supply, not fit to drink), and collect wood and chop down trees for fires. Now, no trees, no rain.
