Build it to last not break

The problem is millions of electrical goods being made so cheap with cheap parts that they only last a year and are being thrown away insted of a 0.30p component repair or a simple hold two buttons for five seconds reset. Greedy companies ripping hard working or hard up families off by using the cheapest parts which only have a 12 month or 5000 hour lifespan, better components must be used and all electronics over a set price must be made to last at least 3 years as standard not 12 months, I see tv's from the 80s being thrown away still working yet tv's less than 18 months old are filling our recycling centres nation wide.

Why is this important?

Great Britain used to pride ourselves on well made items now it's a throw away society
