Challenge OFWAT about the massive increases in water rates over the last two years

Explain why the water companies are allowed put in massive inflation busting,water rate charges 
And yet pay their CEO's huge wages, while filling our rivers and seas with raw sewage.
And how they managed to comply with the law when we were members of the EU. But not since we left.
