Challenge Rishi Sunak’s decision to stop funding UNWRA as Gazan children starve
It’s particularly cruel to withhold funds from UNWRA whilst the onslaught in Gaza continues. Gazans are the amongst the most aid dependent populations due to the blockades. Humanitarian aid is vitally needed as has been well publicised. This action is collective punishment on a nation and is targeting those who are most vulnerable and most in need. Please show compassion and humanity in these desperate times and continue with much needed aid. Innocent civilians have suffered enough. Don’t be complicit in making their lives even harder, don’t be complicit in a genocide; reinstate the funding to UNWRA.
Why is this important?
The death toll in Gaza rises by the hour. Those that aren’t bombed or shot by snipers are starving or dying of infections, disease or freezing to death. Now our government has decided to stop funding UNWRA who provide much needed aid. Many more will die as a result of this decision. Please help reverse this heartless decision that will cause more suffering and death to the most vulnerable. Let’s make a difference and let Rishi Sunak know that we don’t agree to this cruelty.
