Closure of recycling centres

Revoke their decision to shut the Wedal Road recycling centre in Roath CF24. It is due to shut at the end of October 2016.
Why is this important?
They have already shut the one in the west of the city. With the closure of Wedal Rd the residents of Eastern Central Cardiff will only have Lamby Way on the outskirts of the city to go to and it will be time consuming and will cause traffic problems.
However the largest concern will be the increase in fly tipping which will in all likelyhood cost more to tackle than if they just continued with the present set up.
