Compensation for gas leak
We would like full compensation for the inconvenience caused by the gas leak at Glen Erye Accommodation.
Why is this important?
The temporary accommodation has caused significant stress due to poor organisation on the day we moved in. Many of us arrived at Glen Eyre only to be informed of a gas leak, leaving us to navigate the situation without clear guidance. We have now been in temporary accommodation for three weeks, yet we have only received compensation for one week. Additionally, the location is quite inconvenient, as it is far from the nearest bus stop and requires a 40-minute to an hour bus ride to campus, compared to the simple 10-minute walk from Glen Eyre.
