Control arms sales

Put controls on the sales of arms so they are transparently traceable in an attempt to stop arms made in the UK or Europe being used against innocent people e.g. the starving civilians in Syria.
If armaments have to be produced their movement and trade should be strictly controlled.Apart from the conflict of interest in having to pay for measures to protect us and our interests from being attacked with weapons produced here, the fact that all kinds of anti humanistic regimes are using weapons produced in the UK and Europe to wreak devastation is illogical wasteful and against what the majority of tax payers want.

Why is this important?
In the 21st Century the world is linked by communications and multi nationals. How can it be possible that starvation of children and infants is a weapon of war by those armed with Uk produced weapons? How did they get them? how can it be legal for people to buy weapons with no conditions or checks?Obama is doing his best. we have to do our part. There is a tide rising against uncontrolled use of weapons. We need legislation locally , internationally and particularly on the internet. We have all a duty to protect the innocent and vulnerable wherever they are and not shirk our responsibility.
